This recipe is full of health benefits, and it’s yummy! As I mentioned before, avocados contain Vitamin B3 which protects our skin, and research has shown that black beans are good for our digestive tract. This is one of Ryan Louise’s Recipes. 1 tbsp. of Lime Juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
1/4 cup(s) of Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup(s) of Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 tsp. of Cumin
3 tsp. of Olive Oil
1/4 cup(s) of Chopped Tomato
15 ounce(s) of 1 Can of Black Beans
For the guacamole:
Mash the avocado in a small bowl. Stir in lime juice; season to taste with the salt & pepper. Cover and put in fridge until ready to use.
Open, drain, & rinse can of black beans. Put into bowl with bread crumbs, garlic, cumin, and olive oil.
Mix by hand (or you can use either a food processor or potato masher) until all ingredients are well blended.
Add a little olive oil to a nonstick or stainless steel pan. Form bean mixture into 4 or 5 patties; about 1/2 inch thickness.
Turn heat on medium to high and when oil is hot, add the patties. Cook 5 minutes both sides until they are heated through and are browned.
To serve; top the patties with the guacamole from fridge and the chopped tomato.
