    It’s ch-ch-ch-chia madness. Here’s another recipe to make chia pudding. 



    • 1 1/2 cup milk (almond, coconut)
    • 1/4 cup chia seeds
    • 3-4 tbsp sweetener (Agave Nectar, Stevia)
    • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 2 cups sliced fruits (Strawberries, Blueberries, Mangoes, etc)
    • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes


    In a medium bowl, whisk coconut milk, 2-3 tablespoons sweetener, and salt until nicely mixed. Add in chia seeds and let sit for 30 minutes. Stir well then cover and refrigerate overnight. Coat fruits with 1-2 tablespoon of sweetener and leave aside. Spoon out the pudding mixture and add your fruits on top. Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
