Chef Alejo Gonzalez

I came to U.S.A at the age of 17.  One of my first jobs was working as a dishwasher for one year. After that I began to prepare fresh food for another 3 years.  For the last 24 years I have been cooking fine Chinese cuisine.  I am fortunate to find something that I really love to do, and that is to “Prepare fresh and healthy Chinese cuisine by using the finest ingredients in order to make all my dishes the freshest and best taste.”I’ve been blessed by God for giving me the opportunity of knowing and understanding a tradition different than my own.As a Christian, I believe in God and I hope that everyone lives a long and healthy life.
