I recently posted an article about chia seeds a few days ago. I hope you were able to locate some chia seeds at your local farmers market and try a new recipe with it. In case you haven’t gotten to it yet, here’s a recipe to make a chia seed drink. It’s simple and fun to try!
- 1 cup Juice (your choice)
- 1 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
Add warm water into a cup and add 3 tbsp of chia seeds. Stir well until chia seeds break up and start to expand. Cover and leave overnight in fridge.
The next day, take the cup out of the fridge and you should notice the gel-like consistency the seeds have become.
Mix 1 cup of your chia seed to 1 cup of your juice and mix well. Add ice or any other sweetener flavoring of your choice.
