Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We DO NOT accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@24vegan.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@24vegan.com.

5. Refunds & Replacements Not Available for:

  • Opened or used consumable products (e.g., food, drinks, detergent sheets, wipes, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items
